booking.com / ‘Discover - learn your way’ Internal engagement campaignn

Booking.com asked us to develop a brand identity and awareness campaign for their internal learning platform, Discover. The challenge was to inspire employees across all departments to continuously learn and grow their skills.

Through a bold, colorful visual identity and a direct, personal tone of voice, we encouraged employees to explore their own learning paths and actively engage with the platform.

Concept, logo design, brand book, social media content, email design, video, give aways as well as event ideas for the launch phase.
